This performance of Anton Bruckner’s MASS no 3 in F minor (WaB 28), is the 3rd and last in our European tour celebrating his 200 year anniversary! The other concerts are held in Brussels, Belgium and Vilnius, Lithuania.

It is with great pride and excitement we present this marvellous Bruckner work! He himself adored it, said it was his musical testament, and one of his last wishes was to hear it again! And unfortunately it is not very often presented live. But now, you have the chance to experience this highlight in the church music tradition!

The BODØ CHAMBER CHOIR is hosting the Bodø concert, and will perform together with the NORWEGIAN VOCAL ENSEMBLE, Norway and The University Choir PRO MUSICA, Vilnius.

The Bodø City Orchestra, The Mosjøen City Orchestra and the VEFSN ENSEMBLE will play, and the VocalArt will provide the soloists.

The concert is co-hosted by BODØ2024 the European Cultural Capital of 2024
