This performance of Anton Bruckner’s MASS no 3 in F minor (WaB 28), is the first concert in a four-concert European tour celebrating his 200 year anniversary! The other concerts will be held in Vilnius, Lithuania and in Bodø, Norway.
It is with great pride and excitement we present this marvellous Bruckner work! He himself adored it, said it was his musical testament, and one of his last wishes was to hear it again! And unfortunately it is not very often presented live performed. But now, you have the chance to experience this highlight in the church music tradition!
The Bruocsella Symphony Orchestra is hosting the Brussels concert and 3 choirs will participate: The NORWEGIAN VOCAL ENSEMBLE, Norway, the University Choir PRO MUSICA, Lithuania, and the BODØ CHAMBER CHOIR, Norway. All three concerts are conducted by JON FYLLING, Norway
