Declaration on accessibility
The Department of Culture endeavors to make its websites and mobile applications accessible in accordance with Section 15b of the Upper Austrian Anti-Discrimination Act (Directive (EU) 2016/2102).
This accessibility statement applies to the Anton Bruckner 2024 website www.anton-bruckner-2024.at.
The Culture department is guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Conformance Level AA and the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08) in order to achieve accessibility that is as barrier-free as possible.
Status of compatibility with the requirements
The anton-bruckner-2024.at website is partially incompatible with Section 15b (2) of the Upper Austrian Anti-Discrimination Act in conjunction with Section 1 of the Upper Austrian WEBVO 2020 and/or Art. § Section 1 of the Upper Austrian WEBVO 2020 and Article 6 (2) and (3) of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 (EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08)).
We are working on achieving our goals.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below - insofar as it is used on the website - is not accessible for the following reasons:
a) Incompatibility with the accessibility provisions
The current website anton-bruckner-2024.at only partially complies with accessibility regulations. The website www.anton-bruckner-2024.at is currently being revised and adapted to the applicable accessibility regulations by the end of 2023.
b) Disproportionate burden
Not all images and videos have text that describes the purpose of the image or video. This means that WCAG success criterion 1.1.1 (Non-text content) is not met.
Not all audio and video content contains text alternatives. This means that WCAG success criterion 1.2 (Time-based Media) is not met.
We have assessed the cost of rectifying the problem. We are of the opinion that this would represent a disproportionate burden in terms of accessibility regulations.
We endeavor to make new image, video and audio content accessible or to provide text alternatives.
Creation of this accessibility statement
This declaration was last updated on 22.11.2023. The statement was prepared on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by the public body. Individual page content is regularly checked by the publisher of this website when new content is published.
